      How much do static caravans cost?

        We have a variety of static caravans to suit a range of budgets, so whether you are looking for something for less than £30,000 we can on some of our parks find a pre-owned caravan but this is due to availability. New caravans can range from £40,000 to over £100,000. Whatever your budget though we’ll be able to find the perfect park and caravan for your needs. We also have finance plans available, making it even more affordable to own a static caravan.

        How much do lodges cost?

          Like static caravans, the cost of a lodge ultimately differs depending on the size and features of the lodge itself. Some of our lodges are particularly luxurious with stylish decor and incredible views, so they may fall between £250,000-£375,000. Other lodges are more affordable so may be smaller, but still luxurious. These lodges can cost from £135,000 and may be pre-owned so there is something to suit all budgets.

          What facilities are included in a holiday home?

            This really depends on the model you choose, but if there is a particular feature that you want your holiday home to include, you may be able to have this fitted as an additional feature. You can talk to our team to find out more about which features you could add.

            Can I live in my holiday home?

              While you can visit your holiday home all year round, our parks are not classed as residential so you cannot live in your holiday home on a residential basis. Our parks are to be used for holiday and recreation purposes only.

              How close is the Lake District?

                When you visit one of our holiday parks, you will be perfectly positioned for exploring the Lake District, with some parts of the park being close enough to reach within 20-30 minutes. Having a holiday home this close to the Lake District means that you can easily take day trips to explore the lakes, head to the peaks, take a boat trip around Windermere and enjoy the natural beauty of the local area.
