Squirrels Swim School & Aqua Fit
Whether you are looking to build water confidence or improve your fitness, we offer a range of sessions tailored to all abilities.
- Squirrels Swim School: Professional 1-to-1, 1-to-2, and group classes, alongside parent-and-child sessions. All lessons must be booked in advance via email.
- Aqua Fit Classes: Energetic 45-minute sessions designed to improve cardiovascular health in a low-impact environment.

Admission Policy
To ensure the safety and enjoyment of all our guests, we kindly ask that you adhere to our supervision ratios:
- Children under 4 years: Must be supervised by a responsible adult on a 1-to-1 basis.
- Children aged 4-7 years: Must be supervised by a responsible adult on a 1-to-2 basis.
- Children aged 8-15 years: Must be accompanied by an adult in the pool area.
Note: All swimmers must wear appropriate swimwear, and infants are required to wear swim nappies.

Frequently Asked Questions
Yes. From 20th April 2026, Silverdale Leisure Club becomes a members-only facility. You can choose a Full membership for unlimited access or a Flexi Membership for pay-as-you-go day passes.
No. Guests staying at Silverdale or Hollins Farm are unaffected. Access remains included in your stay.
All class information and pricing are detailed in our new Leisure Guide. Lessons must be booked in advance by emailing squirrels@holgates.co.uk with your child’s membership number.
Aqua Fit can be booked by calling our reception team on 01524 701508 or emailing info@holgates.co.uk.
To maintain our members-only environment, all payments and pass purchases must be managed through the online portal. Once you have a membership, you can buy passes instantly on your device.
Please visit the Silverdale reception. Our team will help link your current physical card to the new digital portal to ensure your access remains seamless.
