Your Questions Answered

Our holiday homes for sale are split into two categories: Caravans and Lodges. The difference between these categories is detailed below, our team are also happy to explain this when you get in touch or arrange a park visit.

Caravans
What we categorise as a Caravan is any holiday home that is a single unit, meaning they are delivered to the park as a whole and sited on a plot. Typically up-to 14 feet wide, Caravans are the most common holiday home type you will find across our parks.

Lodges
What we categorise as a Lodge is any holiday home that is a twin unit, meaning they are delivered to our parks in two sections and connected on the plot. Typically our lodges go up-to 20 feet wide, offering more space and features inside to enjoy with your friends and family.

Yes, of course. Owners are free to invite guests onto our parks to stay in their holiday home and also use our facilities (some facilities will be at an additional cost). All our parks have barrier systems to ensure the security of our guests. Owners simply inform their park of a guest beforehand, so we can arrange to add a vehicle registration to our barrier system or prepare an access code and perhaps even have the spare keys ready if necessary.

Every holiday home must be insured at all times. A member of our team will discuss insurance with you in more detail over the phone or on your park visit.

There are several ownership fees that need budgeting for including: pitch fees, service charge rates and insurance. Electricity and gas are charged on a pay as you go basis. Gas is most commonly bottled, however select parks and plots have a piped connection for additional convenience. Electricity is a metered supply payable twice per year.

When owning a holiday home, the most important thing is that you are happy with the park and the location. Whilst we will not accept holiday homes from other parks onto our parks, we will consider accepting them in part exchange towards a new holiday home we have available at our parks. Please call us to learn more about part exchange and how we can help moving parks run as smoothly as possible.

Our choice of plots varies by park and changes week to week. We almost always tend to have a choice of plots, some of which with splendid views of our parks and surroundings. Pitch fees will vary between parks and location, this will be explained to you when you speak to a member of the team.

You can choose to upgrade your holiday home at any time, whether that be a brand-new holiday home on the same plot, moving plots at the same park or perhaps moving to one of our other parks within the group.

We may be able to offer part exchange on holiday homes located at other holiday parks anywhere in the UK and can also provide part exchange offers for touring caravans and motorhomes. Please call us to learn more about part exchange, receive a no-obligation quote and discover how we can help you find your dream holiday home.

Some of our parks are open exclusively for owners. Ownership also allows access to the park throughout the year, rather than seasonally which may be the case at some parks. We do run events and parties for our owners from time to time which vary by park.

Holiday homes will vary from model to model. Our teams will be able to talk you through all the features included in the sale. Should you require additional features, fixtures or fittings you can ask for anything additional to be installed, subject to cost and the ability to do so. Skirting, decking and steps etc may be a chargeable extra.

As a family operated holiday park, we aim to ensure a safe and secure environment for all guests by offering a fully secure park. Each of our parks are fitted with a barrier entry system and each holiday home has an alarm fitted before purchase. In addition to this we also offer 24-hour wardens, 365 days a year. Our teams also monitor behaviour to ensure that no-one is disturbing the relaxed holiday atmosphere across our parks. As a family park operator, we ensure that the terms and conditions of ownership and park rules are strictly adhered to, so you and your family can enjoy your stay with peace of mind.

To keep our parks looking 5-star and the best possible, we do have licence agreements in place on our holiday homes. This varies by park and when the holiday home was manufactured; a member of the team will be happy to give you the specific licence agreement for any park or holiday home you have seen on our website.

Only responsible owners are welcome to bring pets to their holiday homes, provided they respect other guests. We kindly ask all pet owners to clean up after their four-legged friends at all times.

All our parks are open for 12 months of the year for holiday and recreation use only. This means you can enjoy your holiday home all year round. Our parks are not classed as residential meaning you cannot occupy your holiday home on a residential basis. You must have a permanent residential address elsewhere and come and go from your chosen park.

We don’t allow sub-letting on any of the parks within the group.

We have  finance plans available to suit most budgets. We use specialist holiday home funding plans, backed by Santander who specialise in providing finance for holiday homes. Our finance packages available are highly competitive in terms of both cost and availability. Finance is available subject to status and a minimum deposit will be required.
