Find the right Holiday Park for you
With our variety of parks to choose from, it’s important to consider your location, the area and how you will spend time once you have your very own holiday retreat at one of our parks.
Try to take into consideration the facilities on offer at the park itself and what you may wish to have on your doorstep. Silverdale Holiday Park for example, has a number of excellent facilities on-site including a swimming complex, bowling alley, restaurant & bar. It’s also ideally located in the Arnside & Silverdale National Landscape close to the Lake District.
Alternatively, you may opt for a quieter park such as Ribble Valley or Netherbeck, ideal for peace, relaxation and exploring surrounding countryside.
Learn about Ownership Fees
It is important you understand all of the costs involved with holiday home ownership, when each cost is due and what they cover.
That’s why our team are available to help with queries and to talk you through the annual fees whenever you like. Simply get in touch and we will be happy to help.
We can also help clarify additional costs such as how you pay for electricity, gas and additional maintenance jobs that may wish us to do on your behalf once you become a holiday home owner.
All of our annual fees are re-adjusted at the time of purchase, to take you upto the next payment due date (we will explain this in more detail when we see you!)
Prepare & make a well-informed choice
It’s likely that you’ll need a bit of time before you find the static caravan or lodge which is perfect for you. However, each available plot we have is one of a kind, especially for those that have the best views. It is best to be well informed with all the information before you visit us, so if you do find the one during your park visit you are comfortable making a well-informed decision on the day!

The Bigger Picture
Of course the main purpose of owning your own holiday home is so you can escape and relax throughout the year. However, many prospective owners also wish to look at the bigger picture including how often family and friends may wish to visit and what is available for them to explore in the area.
You may want to ensure there are occasional sleeping arrangements such as a fold out bed in the living area, or perhaps feel that having facilities only a short drive away will be better suited for the whole family to visit and make the most of your holiday home – whatever you are looking for, we are on hand to help you find the perfect park and holiday home model.
