There’s no need to book in advance or check out by 10am, just turn up and relax.

At Holgates, we want you to enjoy your holiday home for years to come. Unlike many other parks, we offer generous license agreements to give you long-term security. The specific length of the agreement depends on the type of holiday home you choose.
Typically, the agreements are 10-15 years for a brand new static caravan and 15-30 years for brand new luxury lodges. This ensures you have plenty of time to create memories with your family without the worry of having to move your holiday home prematurely.
