The cost of your holiday home or static caravan in Cumbria depends on a range of factors, including the size, location and age of the caravan. Typically, prices can range from £20,000 (for a second-hand starter caravan) to upwards of £350,000 for a top-of-the-range sea view lodge.

While you cannot live permanently in your holiday home, you can stay in your holiday home for extended periods of time for holiday purposes only, allowing you to relax and enjoy the beauty of Cumbria at will. Here at Holgates, our caravans and holiday homes aren’t licensed for living in throughout the year and you will need to provide proof of your full-time residence elsewhere.

No, you can’t. Here at Holgates, we do not allow sub-letting at any of our parks. With that in mind, you can still invite friends and family to share your space – just make sure you inform our team, and that they sign in when arriving at your chosen park.
