No, all of our holiday homes are strictly for holiday and leisure use only and cannot be used as a primary or residential home. Our parks are open for 12 months of the year, allowing you to enjoy frequent, spontaneous getaways throughout the year, but you must maintain a permanent residential address elsewhere.
Our hand-selected lodges represent the absolute pinnacle of luxury on our parks, offering significantly more interior space and grander, open-plan layouts. They are also positioned on our most desirable, premium plots with spacious outdoor decking, and feature higher-end internal appliances and freestanding furniture.
While we operate 9 beautiful parks across Lancashire and Cumbria, the Holgates Lodge Collection is exclusive to a number of parks that feature spacious plots required for these larger models. You can view the specific parks that currently have lodges available in the section above.
The price of each lodge in our collection includes the high-end internal furnishings, fully integrated appliances, and the professional siting onto one of our premium plots.
