Owner Referral Terms & Conditions
- The Owner Referral Scheme is open to existing holiday homeowners only.
- To make a valid referral, the referrer (you) must complete the form providing details of the person/people you are referring (the referee), in advance, at your park office.
- Referrals will only be eligible if the referee (they) are not already in conversation with Holgates via any other channel.
- There is only one referral fee for each customer being referred. If a referee is sent by multiple referrers, whichever referrer submitted the referral first will be deemed as the referrer for the purposes of the referral fee.
- To constitute a successful referral, the customer you refer must complete a purchase of a company owned holiday home with us.
- There is no limit to the number of people you can refer to Holgates and the holiday home purchased can be located on any Holgates park.
- You may be named in communication between Holgates and the referred customer.
- The Referral Fee of £500 will only be issued for valid referrals once the new customer has completed their purchase of a holiday home from Holgates.
- All referral payments are to be made to your park account and will not be paid in cash. The credit will be applied to your account within 30 days of completion of the sale.
- There are no equivalent cash alternatives and Holgates reserves the right to withdraw or alter the Owner Referral scheme, change the value of the referral fee, or replace it with an alternative, at any time.
- If you sell your holiday home and leave the park within 12 months of receiving the credit and the credit (in part or full) remains on the account, this is not transferable and is not payable as part of an outgoing owner payment. Once you have left a park, the credit will (in part/full) expire and be removed from the account.
- In the event of any disputes regarding any referred person(s), the decision of Holgates Holiday Parks is final.
