Accessing the Leisure Portal

We are introducing a brand new online leisure club portal to enhance your experience at the Silverdale leisure facilities. The new system is designed to give you more control over your visits, allowing you to spend less time at Reception and more time enjoying the pool, gym and sauna. Once registered, you can simply log in at any time to update your information and view membership options. If you are a holiday guest staying with us at Silverdale or Hollins Farm, you do not require a membership account or contactless card to access the facilities.

Updating Your Access Cards

We are currently transitioning to our new online system and want to ensure your account is moved over correctly. 

Holiday Home Owners and Seasonal Tourers with complimentary access to the leisure facilities at Silverdale should have already received an email containing unique login details. Please use these details to access your profile rather than creating a new account. 

If you are an existing Leisure Club member, please do not register for a new account online, as it will not link to your current membership. Instead, visit the Silverdale reception so we can add your email address to the system and trigger your unique login details. This ensures your membership type and expiry date are carried over accurately before you log in to manage your profile.

You will be able to enjoy the ease of purchasing swimming and gym passes online before you visit. By pre-arranging your access through the portal, you’ll be able to head straight to the facilities, ensuring a seamless start to your stay.

We are currently investing in our barrier system to improve the long-term experience at the leisure club. While we complete these upgrades, our reception team is on hand to assist with your entry.

Frequently Asked Questions

As we transition to our new digital access system, an online membership will soon be required for all guests using the Silverdale swimming pool, gym, and sauna. This update allows you to effortlessly manage your passes and details in one place prior to your arrival.

Holiday Guests: You do not require a membership. Once our new system is live, your access will be seamlessly managed via a unique PIN code, which you will find in your welcome pack upon arrival.

If you are an owner or a seasonal tourer with complimentary access to the leisure facilities, your current access cards will still be used. However, you will need to visit the Silverdale reception to have our team manually sync your physical card with your new online account.

If you are an existing member, you will need to visit the Silverdale reception, who will be happy to take your current email address to send you a unique login for our new leisure club portal.

If you are an owner or a seasonal tourer, please check your junk or spam folders, as the email may have been filtered there. For our Leisure Club members, it is likely that we do not have a current email address on file for you. On your next visit, please speak to our reception team at Silverdale; they will add your email to the system and manually trigger your login details so you can access your account.

To reduce waiting times during busy periods, we are moving pass purchases online. By signing up for a Flexi Membership on the portal, you can buy your day or month passes at your convenience from your phone or computer, allowing you to bypass the payment queue when you arrive.

No. Once our new digital system is live, holiday guests staying at Silverdale or Hollins Farm will continue to enjoy complimentary access to the swimming pool and sauna. You won’t need to create an online account; instead, your welcome pack will include a unique PIN code. This will allow you to bypass reception and use the new keypad barriers for the duration of your stay.
