
We are introducing a brand new online leisure club portal to enhance your experience at the Silverdale leisure facilities. The new system is designed to give you more control over your visits, allowing you to spend less time at Reception and more time enjoying the pool, gym and sauna. Once registered, you can simply log in at any time to update your information and view membership options. If you are a holiday guest staying with us at Silverdale or Hollins Farm, you do not require a membership account or contactless card to access the facilities.

Holiday Home Owners and Seasonal Tourers with complimentary access to the leisure facilities at Silverdale should have already received an email containing unique login details. Please use these details to access your profile rather than creating a new account.
If you are an existing Leisure Club member, please do not register for a new account online, as it will not link to your current membership. Instead, visit the Silverdale reception so we can add your email address to the system and trigger your unique login details. This ensures your membership type and expiry date are carried over accurately before you log in to manage your profile.
Yes, with the exception of our holiday guests, everyone using the swimming pool, gym or sauna at Silverdale is now required to have an online membership. This allows you to manage your details and access options in one place before you arrive at the park. If you are staying on holiday with us, your access is managed separately through the unique PIN code provided in your welcome pack.
If you are an owner or a seasonal tourer with complimentary access to the leisure facilities, your current access cards will still be used. However, you will need to visit the Silverdale reception one, to have our team manually sync your physical card with your new online account.
If you are an owner or a seasonal tourer, please check your junk or spam folders, as the email may have been filtered there. For our Leisure Club members, it is likely that we do not have a current email address on file for you. On your next visit, please speak to our reception team at Silverdale; they will add your email to the system and manually trigger your login details so you can access your account immediately.
To reduce waiting times during busy periods, we are moving pass purchases online. By signing up for a Flexi Membership on the portal, you can buy your day or month passes at your convenience from your phone or computer, allowing you to bypass the payment queue when you arrive.
No. If you are staying on holiday with us at Silverdale or Hollins Farm, you do not need to create an online account or use an access card. Your facility access is included with your stay. Simply use the unique PIN code provided in your welcome pack to access the pool, gym, and sauna via the keypad at the new barriers throughout the duration of your stay.
