Food & Drink
Our Bar & Restaurant is spaciously set over 3 levels and is open to everyone! Guests of the park, general public, families, groups and dogs are all welcome. As well as the main restaurant areas we also have a designated dog friendly adjoining restaurant called The Bark Inn, a lounge area with pool table, plus two games rooms for the kiddies! No bookings are required, simply pop in and enjoy a drink, or treat yourself to something from our food menu!
Our restaurant & bar is open at varying times throughout the year, depending on the season and school holidays. You will find we are open more often during school holidays, the summer months and at weekends. Please view our calendar here to check the opening times for your visit.
Roast Dinners Served Every Sunday
The fire is roaring, roast dinners are roasting, the wine is flowing, music is softly playing – or – if you time it right your favourite game might be showing on the TV’s! ⚽

Our full menu is also served all weekend/every day we are open. From ever changing weekend specials, to staple favourites such as Burgers, Handmade Pizzas and Fish and Chips, there is something for everyone.

The Bark Inn
Our Dog Friendly Restaurant
The Bark Inn is our dog friendly area of the bar and restaurant, in a separate area to the main restaurant, yet still in the same building, with direct access out onto the patio. This is the ideal spot to enjoy a meal or drink with your four-legged friend, whatever the weather! There is also a TV in here showing music or sports.
We ask that visiting pooches are well behaved and supervised at all times. 🐶

Takeaway
Order your food to takeaway and enjoy our fantastic dishes from the comfort of your own accommodation.
Call 01524 737612 to place your order directly with our restaurant. We are currently only taking payment over the phone for takeaway orders, or in person at the bar.

We have regular weekend entertainment at Bay View, from singers to quizzes.
Dance the night away with us, or test your knowledge and you might even win a prize in our super fun quizzes!

Games Rooms
As well as showing Sky Sports every weekend we also have a pool table surrounded by comfy sofas (there is a large TV in here too, so you are never too far away from the action!) Plus we have two games rooms to keep the younger ones entertained.
Whether you seek a quiet corner for two, a cosy spot by the fire, reclining on a comfy sofa, a large group table, or sat with your four-legged friend in The Bark Inn – we really have something for everyone.
There is a lift for accessibility for prams and wheelchairs for the lower level, and easy access into the main part of the building.
How to find us
We are located in the beautiful village of Bolton le Sands, approx. 5/10 minutes from Junction 34 & 35 on the M6. When heading along the A6 the turn off is by Detron Gate and is signposted. Turn left when heading from Lancaster and right when coming from Carnforth.

Walking from the shore?
Do you know you can also reach us on foot from the shore? We are half a mile from the garden centre, when facing the shore turn right and head down the wide flat pathway until you reach our entrance. (This entrance also brings you in right next to the bar/restaurant! 😀) Our pathway is suitable for bikes, prams and mobility vehicles. View images here.
