Nestled near Clitheroe in the Lancashire countryside, we’re perfectly positioned for exploring the Forest of Bowland National Landscape and the Yorkshire Dales. Ideal for those who cherish walking, cycling, or simply unwinding in nature’s embrace.

Our dedicated team also run seasonal events and fundraisers for their chosen charities.
Experience a truly welcoming environment for your canine companions with an extensive variety of picturesque dog walking routes around Ribble Valley. Let them stretch their legs in our designated dog walking field in the park or wander from the park along country lanes.
For more adventurous days, embark on planned walking routes such as the Pendle Hill trail. Dogs are also welcome to join you while enjoying refreshments in our conservatory or in our outdoor seating area.
Little explorers will delight in our outdoor play area, conveniently located near our bar & games room – perfect for you to enjoy a relaxing drink while they play! For more open adventures, our designated playing field overlooking magnificent Pendle Hill provides ample space for children of all ages to create joyful memories.
We happily welcome bikes and scooters too. We simply ask if they’re used with consideration for our community of fellow holiday home owners.
