With our variety of parks to choose from, it’s important to consider your location, the area and how you will spend time once you have your very own holiday retreat at one of our parks.
Try to take into consideration the facilities on offer at the park itself and what you may wish to have on your doorstep. Silverdale Holiday Park for example, has a number of excellent facilities on-site including a swimming complex, bowling alley, restaurant & bar. It is important you understand all of the costs involved with holiday home ownership, when each cost is due and what they cover.

We can also help clarify additional costs such as how you pay for electricity, gas and additional maintenance jobs that may wish us to do on your behalf once you become a holiday home owner.
All of our annual fees are re-adjusted at the time of purchase, to take you upto the next payment due date (we will explain this in more detail when we see you!)

It’s likely that you’ll need a bit of time before you find the static caravan or lodge which is perfect for you. However, each available plot we have is one of a kind, especially for those that have the best views. It is best to be well informed with all the information before you visit us, so if you do find the one during your park visit you are comfortable making a well-informed decision on the day!

There’s no need to book in advance or check out by 10am, just turn up and relax.

At Holgates, we want you to enjoy your holiday home for years to come. Unlike many other parks, we offer generous license agreements to give you long-term security. The specific length of the agreement depends on the type of holiday home you choose.
Typically, the agreements are 10-15 years for a brand new static caravan and 15-30 years for brand new luxury lodges. This ensures you have plenty of time to create memories with your family without the worry of having to move your holiday home prematurely.
