Our quaint countryside park on the outskirts of Carnforth, exclusively for owners.

When the first guests arrived at Holgates over seventy years ago, they came for the same reasons our owners do today; peace, community and the breathtaking landscape.
Decades later, that single coastal destination has grown into a cherished collection of award-winning parks across the North West. While the holiday homes have upgraded over the decades, our core values of immaculate service and family tradition haven’t changed a bit.
Owning a static caravan in Lancashire provides the perfect base for exploring all that the region has to offer. With stunning scenery, vibrant culture and plenty of activities, there’s something for everyone.
What’s more, when you own a static caravan, you can enjoy unlimited access throughout the year, meaning your holiday home is available whenever you want it.
The cost of your holiday home or static caravan in Cumbria depends on a range of factors, including the size, location and age of the caravan. Typically, prices can range from £20,000 (for a second-hand starter caravan) to upwards of £350,000 for a top-of-the-range sea view lodge.
Our popular Bay View park features its own on-site bar, restaurant, and shop, while Netherbeck and Marsh House are dedicated entirely to peaceful privacy, offering pristine grounds and instant access to scenic local walking routes.
Additionally, all Lancashire owners receive a discounted membership rate to access the five-star leisure complex, indoor pool, and thermal suites at our flagship Silverdale park just across the border.
While you cannot live permanently in your holiday home, you can stay in your holiday home for extended periods of time for holiday purposes only allowing you to relax and enjoy the beauty of Cumbria at will. Here at Holgates, our caravans and holiday homes aren’t licensed for living in throughout the year and you will need to provide proof of your full-time residence elsewhere.
For more specific information on how long you can stay at a holiday home at one of our parks, please contact the team.
Unfortunately not. Here at Holgates, we do not allow sub-letting at any of our parks. With that in mind, you can still invite friends and family to share your space, just make sure you inform our team, and that thy can sign in when arriving at your chosen park.
