Due to the current government guidance, face coverings are required in retail setttings, including our on park shops at Silverdale and Bay View.
We also recommend the use of face masks in busy indoor settings such as our park buildings, bowling complex and busy facilities blocks.
Face coverings are not required if you are medically exempt.

Our Holgates Booking Promise aims to give you the peace of mind whilst booking your holiday with us, giving you additional flexibility and cancellation options as we all adapt to changes during the Covid-19 pandemic. Book your next holiday with confidence knowing our Holgates Booking Promise is in place.
If you are unable to make your booking in 2021, due to Covid-19*, we can transfer your holiday^ to an alternative date in 2021/2022. This flexibility will give you the best possible chance at finding a new date for your holiday.
Can’t make your holiday but don’t want to commit to alternative dates? We also have the option to keep monies paid in credit, to use at a later date.
We have adopted the below safety and cleaning measures in our accommodation:
Removing risk – additional soft furnishings such as cushions, blankets and rugs have been removed from our accommodation. This is to reduce surfaces where bacteria can reside.
Reducing contact – To keep our guests and housekeeping team safe, we kindly ask that you strip bedding prior to checking out of your accommodation. Further instruction will be provided when you arrive at your accommodation.
Ready to enjoy – All of our accommodation is fully cleaned before you arrive, so you can get straight to enjoying your holiday.

We are seeing an increased number of new holiday bookings for late Summer and Autumn at this time, so be sure to secure your dates as soon as possible and be courteous of our team who are working as hard as ever.
Alongside our self-contained accommodation, holiday bookings for our Standard Camping Pods and Tent Pitches will also take place.
Our self-contained accommodation includes: Holiday Homes, Holiday Lodges, Luxury Pods, Family Fun Pod, Holiday Cottages.
Our facility blocks are open to holiday guests. If you are staying with us in a touring caravan or motorhome, we kindly ask you use your on-board shower facilities where possible.
Due to the additional cleaning measures we are taking, you will only be able to arrive on or after your check-in time. There may be delays whilst our housekeeping team finish cleaning accommodation. Please see your confirmation email from us for details on your check-in time.
When checking in for your holiday, our reception team will greet you as normal. If you have any questions regarding our safety measures, they will be more than happy to help.
The same will apply when checking out, on your day of departure please ensure you check-out with our team on time.

If you are displaying symptoms of Covid-19 prior to your visit, please follow government advice and book a test for Covid-19.
Please do not arrive to our parks or locations if you are experiencing symptoms or have tested positive for Covid-19.
Our team will be happy to help if you need to cancel a holiday booked with us, protected under our ‘Holgates Booking Promise’.
If you are displaying symptoms of Covid-19 during your visit, please notify a member of the team by telephone immediately.
If you feel well enough, please follow government advice and return home immediately.
