Holgates Holiday Parks are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic receptionist who will help support and welcome our customers across our holiday parks. Based at our flagship Silverdale park, as a member of our reception team, you will be booking holidays for our various parks, taking queries from holiday home owners and holiday makers, organising leisure club memberships and welcoming and organising our guests. This is a full on role which is varied and requires constant problem solving alongside a welcoming attitude.

Main Duties

Our reception team are responsible for achieving and maintaining the highest possible standards of customer service to our customers. Within this role you will;

  • Promptly answer phone calls and dealing with calls appropriately
  • Ensure customer queries are dealt with effectively
  • Meet and greet customers
  • Operating our online booking system
  • Deal with general administration tasks for the parks


The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a fabulous can-do attitude, knowledge of IT and brilliant customer service skills.
