Focus and concentration are key to this role. You must be able to remain undistracted and concentrate on the important task of ensuring the safety of our guests at all times.
Customer service skills are paramount. Candidates must be friendly yet authoritative. A friendly face but a firm manor is required to ensure these rules are followed
You must be presentable, reliable and punctual.
Flexibility is also very important; you will mostly be working within the leisure club but will be required from time to time to assist in other departments as the business needs.
A willingness to learn is required as there will be continual, on the job learning, with regular training sessions to keep qualifications up to date.
A pool lifeguard qualification is desirable but not essential as full paid training is given, including a lifeguard qualification where required.
