Customer service at the next level. Guests should be saying WOW from the moment they arrive to the moment the leave, and beyond. Our owners must feel that their holiday home is a special place to visit. You’re at the fore of that experience for all owners and guests. Being a people person is a must as you are the face of the park. Helping guests with enquiry’s, assisting owners with after sales enquires, checking guest in, the role revolves around people.
Managing your own time, using your initiative to its full potential and being proactive is vital to make this role work.
Super flexibility is key. You need to be prepared to drop everything, go and fix a leek, then check guests in, customer may have problems with their electrics you will need to help with before returning to your original job.
You will have a great eye for detail, spotting things guests would never notice, but that contribute the high standards of the park.
This role requires energy in abundance, its physically demanding and you’re on your feet all day. Who needs a gym membership? If you have any energy left, you do actually get free gym membership, with use of our 2 pools, how’s that for a perk?

It goes without saying that you should be presentable, punctual and willing to learn.
This is not a retirement or holiday job; you will be on your feet all day and it is a physically demanding role.

No formal qualifications required, but a trade and/or previous experience in facilities management, cleaning or grounds keeping would be advantageous.
