Main Purpose of Job: Maintain the park grounds to a high standard.

Responsible to: Park Manager

Hours: Full Time

Location: Holgates Ribble Valley, Rimington, Nr Gisburn, Lancashire.

Main Responsibilities

Job Overview:

Join our grounds team for maintenance of a Holiday Park. Maintaining exceptionally high standards of the park and infrastructure.

Main tasks of Job Include:

General Park maintenance and construction – Strimming and mowing grass, hedge cutting, leaf clearance in the autumn, maintenance of grounds machinery, assisting with building decking’s, and walls, laying flags, erecting fences, fixing gates. You will be kept busy with a variety of jobs in and around the park – Your handy man skills will be utilised to their maximum protentional.

Health and safety – Keeping guests and staff safe though safe working practices, routine and preventative maintenance

Key Requirements

Requirements

Practical – proficient at DIY or a trade essential, basic machine maintenance knowledge an advantage. Experience driving tractors and mowers preferred.

Proactive – Must be able to think on your feet and take proactive steps to resolve problems in a timely, safe and cost-effective manor

Punctual and presentable – We require that you arrive at work on time looking presentable every day with the correct uniform and friendly face.

Qualifications:

Full clean Driving license
