Food & Beverage Supervisor

Main Purpose of Job: To support our Food and Beverage Manager with the running of our busy café and restaurant delivering 5* service and assist with managing our large team.

Responsible to: Food and Beverage Manager

Hours: 40 hours

Location: Silverdale Holiday Park & The Royal Silverdale

Rate: Competitive with benefits included

Main Responsibilities

  • Giving 5* customer service
  • Taking food and drink orders accurately and timely
  • Ensuring food and drinks are served in a timely manner
  • Liaising with Chefs to ensure menu is kept up to date
  • Manage large team on shifts to ensure all team members are where they should be and are working effectively and efficiently
  • Resolve any complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner
  • Knowledge of health and safety guidelines and food hygiene guidelines.
  • Motivating and encouraging team

Key Requirements

  • Experience working in a busy and hectic café/bar environment
  • Leadership skills
  • High level of customer service
  • Ability to deal well under pressure


  • Formal qualifications are not required in this post but experience leading a team in a busy hospitality environment is a must.
