What to consider when buying a static holiday home with Holgates
We understand that finding your dream holiday retreat is an important decision and that you may have a number of questions about the journey to owning your own holiday home.
We have a variety of static holiday homes for sale to suit a range of budgets. The price of a holiday home is determined by several factors, including: location, views, surrounding outdoor space and of course the holiday home model.
Prices will vary across our parks, with previously owned holiday homes available from £30,000 or maybe even less. Brand-new holiday homes can range from £40,000 to over £100,000, the best way to find the perfect holiday home for you is to ‘sort’ your holiday home search results by price or give us a call where we can discuss budget and suggest specific parks and holiday home models.
Holiday lodges are significantly larger that some of our static holiday homes, providing more space to enjoy with family and friends. You may also find additional home comforts such as a designated hallway space, utility rooms or additional appliances. Prices are based on the same criteria as our holiday homes listed above, for more details you can view individual listings or contact the team.
All of our holiday homes and lodges are unique in design, offering slightly different features, appliances and layouts. If you have your heart set on a certain feature, you can consult with a member of our team who can help you with your search.
Our annual fees maintain the 5-star standard of our holiday parks and their facilities. Recurring each year, various annual fees are applicable to holiday home ownership. These are determined by your park of choice, your holiday home and the facilities you have available to use at your leisure.

While you can spend time at your holiday retreat all year round our parks are not residential, meaning you cannot live in your holiday home or lodge at our parks.
We are simply open to be enjoying time to time for holiday and recreational use only.
We don’t allow owners to sub-let their holiday homes and lodges, however you are more than welcome to let family and friends come to stay and enjoy the facilities and surroundings of your chosen park.
