Holgates Hollins Farm camping and touring site, Silverdale, has just been informed that they have awarded the prestigious AA North West Regional Campsite of The Year Award 2016.
Each site that is presented with an award undergoes an in-depth site visit carried out by a qualified AA inspector who then makes his or her recommendations for each location visited. Awards are only presented to those site that meet the AA’s high standards regarding facilities, customer service and overall presentation of the touring pitches and site.
David Hancock, Co-Ordinator of the AA Campsite of the Year Awards 2016 said: "I wish to congratulate the team at Holgates Hollins Farm, who have been recognised for their hard work and dedication in making continuous improvements on their site throughout the 2015 season, as well as their unstinting efforts, attention to detail and exceptional customer service, they thoroughly deserve to be awarded the AA North West Regional Campsite of The Year 2016.

Hollins Farm offers 50 touring standard pitches, and 23 tent pitches with prices starting from at £33.50 per night for a tourer and £33.50 per night for a tent pitch complete with electric hookup, based on 2 adults sharing, plus 1 car, including awning. There are also two camping pods on site with prices starting from £40 per night based on two adults sharing.
So many guests having discovered the site wanted to come back time and time again throughout the season, so now Hollins Farm is able to offer a limited number of seasonal pitches. All guests have to do is simply choose their favourite spot for the season (14 March – 06 November), let the team know and they will make all the necessary arrangements to reserve the pitch. The seasonal pitch fees for 2016, start from £2,925 plus electricity and include use of use of the luxurious leisure facilities at Silverdale Park.
