Ingredients:

Ready-made pizza bases

Tomato purée or pizza sauce

Mozzarella cheese, grated

The rest of the ingredients are up to you! This is a great chance to let the kids choose what to put on their pizzas (within reason!), but here are a few of our favourite toppings:

Pre-cooked chicken chunks

Pepperoni slices

Ham chunks

Onions, thinly sliced

Mushrooms, thinly sliced

Peppers, thinly sliced

Method:

Preheat your oven to 220°C. Fan 200°C. Gas 7.

Spread a generous layer of tomato purée/pizza sauce on top of the base, sprinkle with cheese and load up your toppings.

Pop your pizzas in the oven for 10 mins and voilà! You have delicious pizzas that everyone will love!

Pizza Slice

Easy-Peasy Macaroni Cheese

Macaroni Cheese is an easy cook but also a major crowd pleaser! To make it even easier, this is a no-bake recipe, making it even simpler and quicker. This serves 4, so vary your quantities according to how many people you’re feeding.

Ingredients:

225g macaroni

55g butter

55g plain flour

475ml semi-skimmed milk

225g cheddar cheese, grated

Pinch of salt and pepper

Method:

Boil the macaroni for around 10 minutes in a large saucepan or until it has softened to your desired texture.

In a medium saucepan melt the butter on a medium heat, taking care not to let it burn. Stir in the flour and cook for roughly 3-5 mins until you get a smooth roux. Add the salt and pepper and slowly add the milk, stirring the whole time.

Once the mixture is bubbly, stir in the cheese, adding a little at a time until it is fully melted.

Drain the macaroni and add the sauce, stirring to coat.

If you want to add a little something else, why not some delicious extras such as:

Bacon bits

Ham chunks

Tuna and sweetcorn

Mac and Cheese
