Exit the M6 at junction 35 and take the A601 for Carnforth.
In 1 mile turn right at the roundabout (A6) for Milnthorpe (Pine Lake on the right).
In half a mile you will come to a roundabout stay on ther A6 towards Milnethorpe.
Stay on the A6 for approximately 3 miles and take the fourth exit on the left into Nineteen Acre Lane, continue on into Eight Acre Lane, until at a T junction of Silverdale Road, Greenfold Cottages are straight ahead of you, turn right into Silverdale Road, the entrance is immediately on your left.  Brown Signs direct you to our Main Site Middlebarrow, where you can make use of the full facilities
