Prices start from around £30,000 for a new 2/3 bedroom fully serviced caravan holiday home (finance available subject to status) Pitch Fees from approximately £3000 per annum, plus rates and comprehensive insurance.
Park Facilities
Leisure centre comprising - indoor swimming pool, sauna, steam room, spa pool and bubble pool (Gym, additional charge). Restaurant, bar, convenience store, under 5's soft play area, games room and launderette. These facilities which are situated at our Middlebarrow Plain park are available for use by clients on both our parks.

Caravan Holiday Homes are offered for sale for holiday and recreational use only and are not permitted to be used as a permanent home. Caravan holiday homes are for the use of the resident and his/her family. Residents are not permitted to sublet their tenancy on a commercial basis or to receive payment from any other person for the use of the caravan.
